Ingredients: Lamb, Cumin seed, Chili powder, Salt, Baking soda, Chili peppers, Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Cilantro, Szechuan chili bean paste How to make it: Put cumin seed to food processor, which enables to unlock the natural flavor of cumin seed. Next, add some salt, chicken powder, baking soda, and a little cooking oil to the lamb and mix thoroughly with your hands. Let the lamb sit to better absorb flavors from the mixer. Then, chop up some white onions and cilantro. Cook the seasoned lamb in oil for a little while and remove it from the pan. Set the lamb aside. Coat the surface of the pan with some oil and add chili peppers, ginger, chili powder, and garlic. Then, add the lamb, onion, cumin, and cilantro to the pan and stir. When the meat is well-mixed and cooked, it is ready to serve.
